My question would be unless there were children born, how would they know how long someone was here illegally.. Anyone could step up and say yeah I've been here for 5 years. How do they prove it..

I think the proposal was that you had to have had children born here. Of course, if your child was born in January, you still wouldn't be able to prove that you'd been here for 5 years, even if you've been here since 1972. That's pretty much what "undocumented" means. I'm sure no one in the Obama administration has considered such a scenario... or wanted to even consider such a possibility.

Your dollar wouldn't buy the sweat off my..... well, it wouldn't buy much... No doubt since there's very little of value in your inventory.

You know... sort of like "if you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan." It'll be about 2-3 years before PolitiFact will go from asserting what Obama said is the truth, before they pronounce it the Lie of the Year.

There's a reason the big networks passed on airing it...they knew ahead of time it was going to be garbage. I do believe NBC caved and aired the speech. But then they only preempted THE BIGGEST LOSER ....... Are you sure they preempted it?

It is rather difficult to tell the difference between Reality TV and an Obama speech. But the give away is that Reality TV is more informative and educational... and real.

If their claims are run through an Obama designed computer program it wont mean diddley squat on how long they have really been here.

If their claims are run through an Obama designed computer program it wont mean diddley squat on how long they have really been here. I think the biggest problem, really, is we're probably going to have another flood of kids on the border again - as soon as it gets warm. This is an Obama plan. Most likely it will fail spectacularly and make Obama and the Democrats look bad. I'm sure there's some unexpected, unplanned for, unintended consequence coming from this that we haven't really even thought of just yet. And just like with Obamacare, no one will be able to blame anyone but Obama and the Democrats who support him.

What I find amazing is that we do not have the manpower to deport the 11mil illegals, but we can somehow come up with the manpower to register, background check, and give out EITC to them. The numbers do not add up. Wake up america you are being grubered again.

The numbers do not add up. Wake up america you are being grubered again. We don't have the manpower to do that either. Not to worry though, the number of illegal aliens who show up to tell the government where they live will likely be pretty small, given that I suspect most of them are savvy enough to know that telling the government where they are makes it much easier to find them for deportation later.

Good... since deportation hasn't actually stopped... maybe we won't have to worry so much about Obama's EO's having much effect...

This EO does raise an interesting question. We'll have to wait to see how many people he gets to tell the federal government where they live. But the question is: is the Harvard-educated Constitutional scholar in the White House smarter than the average Guatemalan apple picker who has never set foot in a classroom. My guess is no.

Good... since deportation hasn't actually stopped... maybe we won't have to worry so much about Obama's EO's having much effect... Yes, it has, to all intents and purposes. The Puppet simply encoded it into an imperial decree. He has stopped deportations for several years now, and has even started releasing criminal illegals just to ratchet up the chaos, fear, and destruction they are causing. After all, he can't simply abrogate rights without some form of 'crisis', unless he wants open civil war.

Deportation? Does anyone agree on the measure we are using? www.nationalreview.com/corner/316080/it-depends-what-meaning-br-deportations-mark-krikorianThe very fact that the measure is being messed with is actually a good political indicator! By inflating the numbers it shows that leadership is convinced that the citizens are in favor of controlling the migration. Just as deflating violent crime numbers demonstrates that leadership is convinced that citizens desire an effort at rule of law.

And the question you asked was so foolish, it doesn't deserve a response...
