Incognito is a jerk, Martin is a wimp and Ireland is a moron.
Just makes one realize that we are luck to have the Ravens, a class organization from top to bottom.

I'm still trying to figure out how someone that weighs almost a quarter ton and can bench press the same gets "bullied."

I still believe he wants to quit football and try to keep his bonus money. It seems that if given the chance he will take that.
Don't know any team who would want Martin just to let a defensive lineman call him names and he'd quit.

Ditka said it best: I wouldn't want Incognito on my team; he's a clubhouse cancer. And I wouldn't want Martin on it, either; he lacks the steel for football.

The nfl is rapidly losing it's appeal to me and, like many, I've watched pro football for decades.

By going public, Martin broke The Code, which states "What you say here, what you see here, what you hear here, let it stay here when you leave here," or words to that effect. Richie Incognito may never play again in the NFL, but Martin will find the going almost as difficult if he tries to return to football. Teammates simply aren't going to want to play with a guy they feel they can't trust.

Incognito and the players that support him are a bunch of over sized bullies from the playground. Messing with your teammates is one thing but pick on the staff and other employees.... that's not cool.
I am anxious for the rest of this story to break, I'd like to know the steps that Martin took to report Incognito. Imagine how difficult it would be for an NFL player to go to his coach and say.... "he's picking on me, make it stop". He's being labeled as a wuss, a pansy, a wimp. Seems to me it took a pretty strong person to be willing to stand up and break this story.

Incognito also held lineman meetings at the local strip club, that could stir the pot for the guys who are married or in a relationship.

NFL = Violent spoiled children playing a game owned by rich spoiled children to be watched by violence worshipping spoiled children AMEN BROTHER! When you play a brutal game, it should come as no surprise that it will attract brutal people to play it. The violence of the game is why I don't like it, plus it's too complicated. I understand Baseball. Hit the ball, beat the ball to first base. As the late Charley Eckman used to say "Its a very simple game." Football has too many variables to it. I never understood how an 8 min. Looney Toons cartoon on Saturday exposed kids to violence, but 8 hrs. of f'ball on Sunday didn't.

Some people love college ball but detest the pros. I dont like or watch any football. I didnt grow up with it my school didnt play until the year after I left. Home on leave I watched one, in it a friend got so concussed he couldnt remember me after the game. I watch no team sports any more, its a waste of time to get excited over 1 game or series of games, that you have no control over. My bread does not pay for circuses. (Well unless pols use taxpayers money somehow)

I don't know if it's primal, but there seems to be something compelling about humans in conflict and competition.

Some people love competition - there is nothing wrong, or primitive about it, IMO.

Nothing wrong with it, I guess, But I do wonder about the morality or humanity of watching people damage each other for money.
So I pay no money or time doing that.
