Who was guilty of being a thief? I must have missed that news flash. Trayvon has stolen jewelry in his locker at school. No, HAD is the operative word. Sierra Hotel, scratch one thief.

Several factors indicate that he was a thief and he had a history of violence. Several other factors lead some to believe the stuff he was carrying was part of a cheap, urban concoction that would exacerbate that violent tendency. I know that the media kept falsely reporting that the drink was Iced Tea, when it was really Watermelon drink. I also know that the only things he had in his pockets at the time of his death was 2/3 of that concoction, and according to one of his texts to a friend, the other 1/3 was in his dad's girlfriend's medicine cabinet. I guess that doesn't exactly prove his intent to make the concoction, though, does it?

As it turns out, it wasn't necessary anyway.

Well, let's see: blackface dates back to a nasty time. "The practice gained popularity during the 19th century and contributed to the proliferation of stereotypes such as the "happy-go-lucky darky on the plantation" or the "dandified coon". thisClearly, the use of blackface is racist for those who are aware of its origins. You bring up the intention of the individual who 'puts on' blackface, but it would take a pretty ignorant person not to have some sort of a clue about the origins of the practice. So, there you have it: racist or ignorant.

Yeah, only right wing ideologues such as you take pleasure in the fact that an adolescent was gunned down by a guy whom the police directed to cease and desist, and who clearly had and has rage-management issues. I guess you've never stolen anything in your life? Cast the first stone, ****.

I guess you've never stolen anything in your life? Cast the first stone, ****. You left out "stalked", "cold blooded murder", "racist", "white hispanic", etc....btw-zimmerman was never told to "cease and desist" by the police....but why worry about facts at this point.

I guess you've never stolen anything in your life? Cast the first stone, ****. Imagine, you're an admitted thief. color ME shocked! I was five and he was six We rode on horses made of sticks He wore black and I wore white He would always win the fight Bang bang, he shot me down Bang bang, I hit the ground Bang bang, that awful sound Bang bang, my baby shot me down. Seasons came and changed the time When I grew up, I called him mine He would always laugh and say "Remember when we used to play?" Bang bang, I shot you down Bang bang, you hit the ground Bang bang, that awful sound Bang bang, I used to shoot you down. Music played, and people sang Just for me, the church bells rang. Now he's gone, I don't know why And till this day, sometimes I cry He didn't even say goodbye He didn't take the time to lie. Bang bang, he shot me down Bang bang, I hit the ground Bang bang, that awful sound Bang bang, my baby shot me down... Bye bye Travons!

The percentage of people who have at one time or another not lifted something is a very, very small one, but of course that is beside the point. Many's the high school student who did something stupid, as Martin did, but stealing in no way qualifies him for the fate he met. And you are most likely lying about your own so-called 'never stole nothing, even as a kid' stance, too. Who's to prove you wrong, brave guy on the internet? The difference between you and me is that I'm honest enough to admit it. You're sickening 'dancing on his grave' qualifies you as a prick, though, regardless.

I don't see how you get off trying to prove that the poster some kind of criminal or likes criminals, and questioning his honesty. This is wrong

This is wrong If they accuse me, and most people, of being a thief, as if that was a pretense that criminal activity is OK, they deserve to be called out. And it absolutely is a revelation of their world view, and therefore their character.
