When I cook a turkey I like to do it in a brown bag!! Easy method and always very moist.

I still always use Mrs. Moon's recipe from about 6 or 7 years ago.

I'm going to make Succotash this year to take to my sisters. I don't have a recipe and I've never done this before, but I'm gonna use lime beans, yellow corn, yellow squash, zucchini and baby portable mushrooms. Not sure yet how I am going to cook each ingredient before I put it all together but I am open to suggestions.

I suggest you use lima beans in place of the lime beans... I think you can cook all the ingredients together, but put the ingredients in first that take longer to cook.

Any hoo, it sounds great, whatever it is.

I suggest you use lima beans in place of the lime beans... I never thought of that. I guess lime beans are a little sour for most people's taste.

Or perhaps you meant "hoot", "hood", "hoof", "hook" or "hoop". Either way, have a Happy Thanksgiving.

Anyhoo is simply a colloquialism and not worth a major diversion to the thread. Have a Happy Thanksgiving yourself, don't eat too much turkey now.
