Sounds wonderful! Couldn't help but notice the sausage gravy! I always thought of that as a culinary "high" but apparently it has become lost a bit in recent years. Please have a wonderful day!

Chinese food Christmas Eve. Home made. My son is doing the Christmas memu. I have heard rumors of stuffed pork loin. We do a family Christmas dinner and party in mid to late January. Takes the pressure off of everyone running around Christmas Day.

I haven't been there in years (so don't even know if it's still there) over in Lancaster County just over the hill going from The Buck towards Lancaster. I think it was the Hillside Restaurant. I'd have a great breakfast there (but a real artery-clogger): eggs, scrapple, and home fries (with onions) drowned in sausage gravy.

It's funny, in my area the ONLY place I know that serves grits is a Korean fish/chicken joint!

Super moist.... cooked it nice and slow.

Filet, lobster tail, shrimp in citrus, honey, garlic marinade. All on the grill. Steamed asparagus, quinoa with roasted garlic and wild rice.
