Just read this article...seems the firm that Hillary chose to administer her email server is some little outfit out in Denver called Platte River, who had no clearance, and were not equipped to handle Top Secret electronic correspondence. There are 13,000 firms listed that CAN....but I guess none of them fit the bill for her. dailycaller.com/2015/08/14/exclusive-hillarys-it-contractor-did-not-have-proper-security-clearance/Problem is....these are not members of the Clinton cabal, they are just some of the "little people". And if the DOJ or FBI starts sweating them, they will likely sing like canaries. Good for them. Why should they fall on their swords for that old bat? Just in case you didn't know, Clinton's last day as Secretary of State was February 01, 2013... at which time she was free to choose anyone she wanted to maintain her server... and since she had stated that, to her knowledge, there were no "secret" e-mails on the server... much less "Top Secret" messages... it was 100% legal... Just another Clinton witch hunt that will go nowhere... and cost the Americans hundreds of thousands of dollars... all for nothing by politics... Next... She broke the law by not turing that server over to the Feds the second she was out of office. She also broke the law by having that server, and using it for government business. As Sec State, nearly everything she did was classified to some extent, and the fact that "to her knowlege" she didn't have secret info means either she's lying, she was committing espionage, or she's to stupid to be allowed out of a rubber room.

This cuts right to the heart of it. You (either as a person or a nation) get what you are willing to tolerate. Regardless of who or their party affiliation, anyone who out of malice or incompetence compromises our national security should face stiff penalties and, depending on the specifics, prison time. Righty/Lefty Dem/Repub is all out the window at that point. National security should transcend the politics of the moment. And Hillary Clinton has not been guilty of malice, incompetence, and did not compromise national security in any way... nor will she be found guilty to have done ANY of that... Now Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, and George W Bush on the other hand........... Next... Really? Were they using private servers to conduct government business? And you are probably correct, she will be "found to have done nothing wrong", because The Puppet's henchmen will make sure of that.

It's nice to see the facts are starting to sink in with the voters. There's no doubt Clinton lied about her email.

Not surprising I think the Clintons lie from a little to a lot about everything.

Not surprising I think the Clintons lie from a little to a lot about everything. This probably goes all the way back to when she peddled influence to Tyson Foods while Bill was an up-and-comer. She got clean away with it, and that taught her something.

The pubs don't want an independent prosecutor in this case because they know he/she won't find anything either... and they want to keep this issue going until at least Clinton drops out, loses in the primaries, or until the November elections... They don't have to "find anything". The fact that she had an unsecured server, was using it for government business, and wiped it AFTER being subpoenaed for it is enough. Those are all felonies. She should be in custody right now, facing 20 to life. What security clearence did her lawyer have to have possession of her thumb drive? As well as Sidney Blumenthal? Who the hell is he to have sensitive material?

It is puzzling how the top statesman of the worlds most powerful nation could operate in any capacity without ever sending or receiving classified material. In the state department even the menu for an insignificant meeting could be classified! Or the schedule for the tennis courts?
I'm not a government guy but in my area those people are everywhere, and most claim to have handled classified material in order to perform their job. Even at very low pay grades.
Maybe Ms. Clinton is being truthful. She could not be trusted with any information of importance? She was an actress performing a role, and not allowed to perform any real role in the state department?

She's either a criminal or too stupid to be out of the asylum unsupervised. The little bit of an investigation that has taken place shows there was indeed classified information on her server and in her e-mail. We know this information was in the custody of the private company she hired to operate her server, and she put it in their custody. There are people currently in jail for mishandling classified information on a much lower level than Herself. And that's why the Democrats are panicking and trying to put Biden and the Goracle on the public's radar.

'cept she didn't have to tell anyone that security in Benghazi would be low... the Republicans did that when they decided to cut funding for it...

I do know a lot who are actually quoting Ronald Reagan with regard to another witch hunt saying: "There you go again"... (BTW... I had not read your previous post when I made my previous comments with regard to Benghazi...)

Expect a lot of distraction and off-topic chatter from the DNC and the press.
The Clinton team is going to be calling in favors....which is almost too kind a word.
Not at all dissimilar to Don Corleone. Time for them to cough up and carry her water, no matter how heavy the yoke

Not at all dissimilar to Don Corleone. Time for them to cough up and carry her water, no matter how heavy the yoke They sort of have to. If Herself's campaign really falters, they really have no one else. Bernie Sanders is so far left, he doesn't even normally run as a Democrat. Biden and Gore would be starting late. They need to find themselves another viable candidate FAST. It's going to be rather ironic, but they're very likely to be the party of old white men this time around. It'll be extra ironic if the GOP nominates Fiorina and turns out to be the only party running a woman. So far, the Democrats have been using the 'war on women' meme as a primary campaign plank to prep the way for Hillary. That crashes and burns if they end up with Sanders or Biden. It turns into a crater one of those guys will have to climb out of if Fiorina wins the GOP nomination. Not that it's been all that effective this year, what with Dr. Nucatola's video talking about selling livers over a nice Chianti and a bowl of fava beans.

Emails always involve at least 2 people. Why don't they subpoena anyone who she might have been conversing with? And where are the backup tapes? Strictly speaking, emails involve a 1) the sender --> 2) their email server ----> 3) the recipient's email server ---> 4) the recipient. Old school involved POP3 and SMTP protocols, replaced by IMAP, but still in the TCP/IP protocol family A competent network engineer (one who is not a political operative trying to hide something) will have this server on a mirrored RAID-5 array, and will be backed up with something like an on-site SAN device, off-site live backup, as well as tape media. This is done as a hedge against catastrophic failure, and increasingly is used to protect a firm from legal problems. In a lot of cases in the private sector (think financial firms and medical records), it is required by law. I refuse to believe that this firm has no backups of this server. It just isn't how things are done. Unless you are a crook. Exactly

Be sure to let us all know if anything new and important happens...

They don't have to "find anything". The fact that she had an unsecured server, was using it for government business, and wiped it AFTER being subpoenaed for it is enough. Those are all felonies. She should be in custody right now, facing 20 to life. What security clearance did her lawyer have to have possession of her thumb drive? Does that same thinking apply to Colin?... or just Hillary?... he said he did the same thing... First, did he use a private server exclusively, as Hillary did? Second, did he send and receive classified info on his private server? Third, did he lie about having a private server, then lie about what was on it? Fourth, did he wipe his server after being served with multiple subpoenas for it? Hillary has done all those things. Petreaus was convicted of having just a couple of classified docs on his private server, and giving them to his biographer. How many has Hillary given to the Chinese, Russians, and various Arab countries?

She broke the law by not turning that server over to the Feds the second she was out of office. She also broke the law by having that server, and using it for government business. No, she didn't... and no, she didn't... You obviously know very little about handling classified documents. She was required, by law, to use a government computer, if for no other reason than to preserve documents under the law. Second, she was required by law to turn over ALL classified information in her possession to authorize individuals. Because she used a private server, in defiance of the law, her entire server was classified. Therefore, she was required to turn it over.
