Hillary finally hands over her server -- after it's been professionally wiped clean!
The Countless Crimes of Hillary Clinton: Special Prosecutor Needed

After years of holding herself above the law, telling lie after lie, and months of flat-out obstruction, HIllary Clinton has finally produced to the FBI her server and three thumb drives. Apparently, the server has been professionally wiped clean of any useable information, and the thumb drives contain only what she selectively culled. Myriad criminal offenses apply to this conduct

Fires, flooding, earthquakes, and servers containing inconvenient, incriminating, documents. 1-800-Serv-Pro. Like it didn't even happen.

It's a pity that the DOJ won't treat this wiped server as what it is: Destruction of Evidence, and a crime unto itself. I did see though, that the Democrats are getting so worried and desperate over Herself that they're trying to get the Goreacle to run: Yahoo NewsBecause that's really what they need another ancient, white socialist on the ballot.

Emails always involve at least 2 people. Why don't they subpoena anyone who she might have been conversing with? And where are the backup tapes?
I can't wait to read aboutwell's spin on this.

This DOJ might not do anything BUT the next one just may. In theory no one is above the law.

A special prosecutor worked *so well* for the Pubs last time they tried it, it's bound to work again. The only reason they're even entertaining this idea is that, after Obama, they should have an easy path to the White House. But thanks the Bazaar of the Bizarre they've trotted out to run, they're not sure they do!
The Democrats should be ashamed they're standing Hillary. The Pubs should be ashamed of all their candidates, except maybe Kasich! Quite a three ring circus shaping up. What's sad is that one of these clowns will be the next POTUS.

This should be a non-partisan issue. Hillary has likely broken several laws relating to national security and investigations are certainly warranted. If guilty, she should be punished firmly enough to impress upon others, the proper conduct of Secretary of State or other high government office positions.

The pubs don't want an independent prosecutor in this case because they know he/she won't find anything either... and they want to keep this issue going until at least Clinton drops out, loses in the primaries, or until the November elections...

You (either as a person or a nation) get what you are willing to tolerate. Regardless of who or their party affiliation, anyone who out of malice or incompetence compromises our national security should face stiff penalties and, depending on the specifics, prison time. Righty/Lefty Dem/Repub is all out the window at that point. National security should transcend the politics of the moment.

Just read this article...seems the firm that Hillary chose to administer her email server is some little outfit out in Denver called Platte River, who had no clearance, and were not equipped to handle Top Secret electronic correspondence. There are 13,000 firms listed that CAN....but I guess none of them fit the bill for her. dailycaller.com/2015/08/14/exclusive-hillarys-it-contractor-did-not-have-proper-security-clearance/Problem is....these are not members of the Clinton cabal, they are just some of the "little people". And if the DOJ or FBI starts sweating them, they will likely sing like canaries. Good for them. Why should they fall on their swords for that old bat?

Just in case you didn't know, Clinton's last day as Secretary of State was February 01, 2013... at which time she was free to choose anyone she wanted to maintain her server... and since she had stated that, to her knowledge, there were no "secret" e-mails on the server... much less "Top Secret" messages... it was 100% legal... Just another Clinton witch hunt that will go nowhere... and cost the Americans hundreds of thousands of dollars... all for nothing by politics... Next...

And Hillary Clinton has not been guilty of malice, incompetence, and did not compromise national security in any way... nor will she be found guilty to have done ANY of that... Now Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, and George W Bush on the other hand........... Next...

Emails always involve at least 2 people. Why don't they subpoena anyone who she might have been conversing with? And where are the backup tapes? Strictly speaking, emails involve a 1) the sender --> 2) their email server ----> 3) the recipient's email server ---> 4) the recipient. Old school involved POP3 and SMTP protocols, replaced by IMAP, but still in the TCP/IP protocol family A competent network engineer (one who is not a political operative trying to hide something) will have this server on a mirrored RAID-5 array, and will be backed up with something like an on-site SAN device, off-site live backup, as well as tape media. This is done as a hedge against catastrophic failure, and increasingly is used to protect a firm from legal problems. In a lot of cases in the private sector (think financial firms and medical records), it is required by law. I refuse to believe that this firm has no backups of this server. It just isn't how things are done. Unless you are a crook.

They don't have to "find anything". The fact that she had an unsecured server, was using it for government business, and wiped it AFTER being subpoenaed for it is enough. Those are all felonies. She should be in custody right now, facing 20 to life. What security clearence did her lawyer have to have possession of her thumb drive?
