First, did he use a private server exclusively, as Hillary did? Second, did he send and receive classified info on his private server? Third, did he lie about having a private server, then lie about what was on it? Fourth, did he wipe his server after being served with multiple subpoenas for it? Hillary has done all those things. Petreaus was convicted of having just a couple of classified docs on his private server, and giving them to his biographer. How many has Hillary given to the Chinese, Russians, and various Arab countries? There is NO evidence so far that Clinton had knowledge of ANY "Confidential," much less "Secret" or "Top Secret" information on her computer that was not released to the powers that be... So, you think she is just plain stupid? She was Secretary of State! Almost everything she does is or should be confidential. Your defenses are getting sillier and sillier.

You said most of them were old. That's not true, especially as compared to Hillary. But age doesn't equal experience either. Most of the Republicans have more experience than Hillary does. Governor Jindal, at 44, has more relevant experience than Hillary does. I mean, seriously... First Lady wasn't really experience. Senator was a little bit, but not nearly equivalent to being a Governor. And her record as Secretary of State appears to be mostly failure and crime. Half of the Republican field have run a state. Jindal, Walker, Perry, Huckabee, Kasich, Pataki, Christie, Gilmore, and Bush. ALL of them have more experience at the than Hillary. Arguably, as leaders of large multi-national corporations, so do Trump and Fiorina. None of them would have given Putin a plastic 'reset' button. And they are... Is Clinton your benchmark for old?... I'd have to say that anyone over the age of 50 is old... you gotta know by 50 that at least half of your life in most likely over... And I'd put Clinton's experience, professional and political, up against anyone in the Republican field... hands down... she was taking on U.S.Senators before she even got out of college... and won... The simple reality is we're talking about old in reference to Presidential candidates. 50 is relatively young for a president. Hillary is far and away the most corrupt person currently running. And her experience running anything of significance is limited to running the State Department, which led to the e-mail scandal she's mis-handling now. In other words, she proved herself incompetent the last time she was put in charge of something. She lacks the experience necessary to be an effective president. And if she avoids jail time, it will be because the Obama administration decides to hold her to a different standard than Chrlsea Manning. Every one of the Governors currently running has more experience than she does. As do Fiorina and Trump. Most of the rest of the field is at least her equal as senators, and the last one is a brain surgeon. At the end of the day, she will not be able to run on her experience as Secretary of State, because she completely effed up in that job, and has no accomplishments to speak about.

So now it's up to 305 documents that should have been marked as classified. And they're only 20% through. Extrapolating it out, there could be as many as 1500.
It's time to start the over/under office pool.

If she's not stupid, she's a criminal. Those are your choices. No, my man... those are YOUR choices... Oh yes. I forgot your preference: look the other way and pretend she can do no wrong. She's only either stupid or criminal for people who live in reality. Where she either knew she was mis-handling top secret information, and therefore a criminal; or she didn't know she was mis-handling top secret information, and therefore stupid bordering on mental deficiency.

Still, there isn't any doubt that she mishandled top secret information. So you tell me: did she do it knowingly, and is therefore a criminal? Or did she just not know, and therefore a total idiot?

She stored it illegally on a server that wasn't set up for it, and basically gave it to the company who ran her server for her. There isn't any doubt that this happened. There isn't any doubt that this doesn't comply with the law. That's been proven. It's not opinion. The only thing in doubt was whether or not she knew what she was doing was illegal. If she did know, that makes her a criminal. If she didn't, that probably puts her IQ somewhere in the mid 60s. But then, you never have quite known what makes someone an idiot.

She's far from stupid... but I could name you a few stupid people I know (of)... She wasn't smart enough to not use a private server to pass classified information. Or do you agree that she did it on purpose, IOT give that info to all those enemy countries that were paying her for information?

If she didn't know that she was handling classified information, she had no business being anywhere in government. In fact, she had no business doing anything that requires thought above the level of "I'm hungry, I should eat something". The fact that she claims she "didn't know" proves that she was either selling her office to enemy nations, or anyone with the right amount of cash, or she is too stupid to be allowed out of a rubber room. Either way, she has no business even running for President, much less being elected. The fact that she's the frontrunner, for now, of the Party of the KKK proves that they are antiAmerican, and should never be allowed as dog catchers, much less any postions of p9ower.

There is massive amounts of evidence, though, and that's enough to prohibit her from ever being allowed in the same room with classified information, much less become President. And the fact that she violated the regulation regarding the handling and dissemination of classified information means that, by law, she is prohibited from any elected office.

Who ever wrote that article is either lying, or has never been out of his mother's basement in his life, since destroying evidence in an investigation is illegal. She wiped her server AFTER being served with multiple subpoenas for that information. She therefore committed a felony. The fact that she hasn't been indicted is due to the criminality of the DOJ, not to her not having committed a crime.

No, she didn't... and no, she didn't... You obviously know very little about handling classified documents. She was required, by law, to use a government computer, if for no other reason than to preserve documents under the law. Second, she was required by law to turn over ALL classified information in her possession to authorize individuals. Because she used a private server, in defiance of the law, her entire server was classified. Therefore, she was required to turn it over. I suspect in the end she may do the honorable thing..... much like Goring.
