Hey, maybe it'll go into the Gulf... we could use the rain... of course the cooler temps are already nice as well... mid 60's in August in South Mississippi... almost unheard of...

I asked what that model predicted. There are many models out there.

Looks like Danny boy has weakened some. Maybe it will be a rain event and give the south some rain.

Looks more like the east coast of Florida, the Carolinas, and Georgia... I was, and am, hoping is continues west and gets into the Gulf... bringing and bring us some needed rain here in Mississippi...

According to NOAA it has been downgraded to a tropical storm and is expected to dump 2" - 4" of rain on places like the U.S. Virgin Islands, St. Maartin, and suchlike. I wouldn't count on much from it, aboutwell.

So can you. I asked about the model NOAA uses. I'm partial to the RRM. Roof Repair Model. If I don't get my roof fixed, we will see a hurricane with record rainfall. If I replace the roof with a new one, expect a major drought.

Last night felt like a tropical storm here, very heavy rain, thunder that shook the walls and an amazing light show!!
