1lb. box pasta (elbows, bowties, etc.) 1lb. claw meat mayo old bay seasoning
Cook pasta, set aside in collander to drain well. Pick through crab meat to remove shells. Combine pasta & crab. Add mayo & old bay to taste. (I'm not a cook that does much actual measuring unless I'm trying a recipe for the first time.) You can also add chopped celery or scallions. Whatever you like.

Cool-- seafood pasta salad - good stuff! I add celery to it for the crunch. Scallions are real good, too, but my wife hates them so I don't use them! This works real well with shrimp, too. mmmm You can also remove the mayo, saute garlic or shallots in extra virgin olive oil with some hot peppers, cook (or heat if already cooked) seafood in oil, and toss with lemon juice and chopped Italian parsley. mmmm

It's very adaptable. I like to make it with a couple cans of tuna & chopped onion.

I do the tuna version of this, it's very good! If I'm buying a pound of crab meat or picking it, I'm making crabcakes or dip.
