I would imagine they have lost a great deal of business over this. If they have any competition at all they might go out of business.
I don't understand the appeal of looking at a body, myself. I don't like doing it, and my instructions specify that it won't be done to mine - a quick cremation and drop the ashes in the ground. Or flush 'em down the toilet, really, I don't care. Why would I?
