"It's certainly a possibility we're looking into to see if officers replaced drugs they already discovered"

They ought to fire everybody in the whole department and start over. That's the only way to drain the swamp. They are a bunch of incompetents. These 3 should be in jail with the last 7. Where did the cop get the drugs in the first place? He stole them from a drug dealer.

I think because of the FOP. Remember when corrupt Ed Norris was Commissioner? He sat in a bar all day while the inmates ran the asylum. Isn't that when the Knockers became a lawless entity onto their own?

Isn't that when the Knockers became a lawless entity onto their own? I think it's because the City's elected officials support the corruption. It lets them rule instead of lead.

Well, we were going to have Federal oversight of the BPD until Jefferson Beauregard Sessions nixed it.

Well, we were going to have Federal oversight of the BPD until Jefferson Beauregard Sessions nixed it. I suppose the citizens of Baltimore will need to solve the problem by voting out the current pols. Who I'm sure enjoy being able to intimidate the citizens with a corrupt police force.

The politicians have nothing to do with it. The Police Department has become it's own corrupt entity. It's beyond ridiculous.

It answers to elected officials just like every executive agency. Either it is what the elected officials want it to be, or they're too incompetent to do what they need to do to fix it.
