Everyone loves nachos!! Anyone have any exotic recipes for sharing? We make a tasty but basic version- corn chips, shredded cheddar, pinto beans mashed with some cumin and oregano, ground beef cooked with chili powder, hot sauce, and Worchestire sauce, salt and pepper, salsa, pickled jalapeños, and sour cream.

We never make nachos but I did have some pretty awesome buffalo chicken nachos at a football party I went to in Nov.

Tobassco (sp?) sauce be de bomb!
We used to do it with Velveeta cheese (I know, sacrilege) and a fondue pot, however we never heard any complaints!

Tabasaco rocks! I like Crystal, too! And Texas Pete. Straight-up vinegar-based pepper sauce- gooood stuff!!
