Pain can be a powerful motivator. Good article. I doubt that the folks he is addressing will pay sentiments like this any heed though. It takes real courage to challenge your assumptions.

I am really at a loss anymore what to tell you guys. I tried to advise you. All you can do is bitch and moan and scream and yell and pull your hair. I do not see you guys say one thing about your plans for the future, how things can change through your help, or anything. The disaster presidency of Bush added with a horrible candidacies of John McCain Sarah Palin Mitt Romney, all these things should be screaming at you that you need to do something to change. Bitching about things doesn't do nothing.

The biggest disaster of the Bush presidency and the McCain/Palin candidacy may well be that it put Obama in office. And then the arrogant ass convinced himself people wanted him for his ideas. People wanted him because he wasn't the other guy. The Democrats will learn this lesson in 2016.

He was selected because he's a weak politician who does not engage. Face it, the best you can hope for is efficient tax collection from either party. Regarding the article, it's the same predictable grousing.
