Killing people with radioactive toxins is more a Russian thing these days, although why Putin would want the old wretch dead now is unclear. It could be Mossad, using the method to throw suspicion on the Russians who bankroll a number of their enemies. But most likely? He'd outlived his welcome among his own people.

Nothing stopping any side from giving the poison to Arafat's internal opponents, either. If Israel wanted him dead, they were many better ways within their reach. Unless they wanted to implicate Russians--but that's unlikely, still better ways to do that, too.
