Interesting that they let some "scholar" pick out a version, not the one that has been read over the years, but one that has some different features. I wonder if we are going to find out that this is a lie as well.

I'm afraid this is NOT a winning issue for republicans, however. Not even an issue for me. Well, there you have it!

It is a living Gettysburg address. HA!! I'd laugh, as it was an excellent quip, but the implications are actually quite sobering.....

It strains the bounds of credulity to believe that a scholar of Abraham Lincoln cannot recite the Gettysburg Address, accurately and from memory.
Seems someone is lying....... (unexpectedly)

Hardly-try bemusement....barry's been doing a lot of fund raising and golfing....plus he's watching his "legacy" auger in in a most spectacular fashion.....no wonder he's too distracted to faithfuly deliver the most stirring piece of political oratory of all time.

Ahh the joys of having a fundamentally lazy president. Probably best he didn't go in person. He probably would have just beclowned himself further, and embarrassed the country.

For this speech, maybe that Obama was not as much of an admirer of Lincoln as he portrayed himself to be? And further evidence that he suffers from religaphobia as he seems to become silent whenever the word "god" comes up. Neither is an issue. I like Lincoln too but I can't think of any of the Gettysburg address except four score and 20 years ago. LOL Does that mean that I can't admire lhim anymore? I never question another mans spirituality Could you read it if it were on a teleprompter in front of you? The Puppet evidently can't. And you should question his honesty, since he went out of his way to claim he was Christian. Whether he really is or not is irrelevant. He lied. Again.

I'm afraid this is NOT a winning issue for republicans, however. Not even an issue for me. It is for lots of people, especially when The Puppet is waging war on Christians.
