Because, as Henry Chao revealed today, that part of the system - he estimates 30% to 40% of it - has yet to be created. It was scheduled to be rolled out on October 1 with the rest of the site, but was shelved to get the consumer interface part ready. You cannot make this stuff up! This man spearheaded arguably the worst law in modern times, and then backed it with such utter incompetence that the United States is or ought to be the world's laughingstock. |

Maybe insurers will take a promise to pay?  Look at the bright side. They do have all of the website's pretty pictures down pretty well, even if they had to remove the picture of the illegal immigrant. |

It'll be ready by the end of the month. You guys are just rooting for failure! Just wait and see. Never mind that just about every time you've been told to 'wait and see' things got worse.
Oh, and this should make it clear that single payer is the answer.
