Allegations swirl around this train wreck, including the possibility of domestic violence and an ex-girlfriend who advised police she was concerned for the safety of her ex-boyfriend (Manzeil), later discovered to be safe and in no danger. This follows an October 12, 2015 incident in which Manzeil supposedly hit his then-girlfriend several times to keep her from leaving his BMW. Police had received numerous calls about that vehicle's speed. However much losing a head coaching gig must suck, Pettine has to be grateful he hasn't got this to deal with any longer. I look forward to the draft to see who the Ravens will get - and what sort of hideous new depths the Factory of Sadness will plumb!  Article |

Manzeil has gone from amusing to pathetic to tragic in a very short time. My guess is that his NFL career is over; he's now got the same baggage which ended Rice's career early, and he hasn't got the talent to encourage even a sad team to take a chance on him. Refrigerator box by the time he's 40, dead before 50 is my suspicion.

Dear Jerry Jones - for the love of all that matters, please DO NOT pick up Manzeil. I'm so grateful your son was there to stop you during the Draft last year. We have enough drama... we don't need some bitch making it worse. Oh... and please get rid of Hardy while your at it, speaking of bitches.

Griffin III might actually be salvageable at this point. Manziel is not. So that move would make more sense. But, then again, this is Jerry Jones we're discussing... |
