according to the Mayor of Dallas. When a sniper shot 5 cops at an Open Carry rally what did the "Good Guys With Guns" do? They ran like babies. Then the cops had to chase them down and make sure they weren't part of the problem which drew valuable resources away from actually finding the sniper.
