TwistyKongo has some kind of maternal issues. I guess when he never grew any taller than the window sill he was chewing on his Momma abandoned him. After he's had a good 5 hours or so of drinking he starts whining about it every day. That's probably the reason he hates women too.

It has always been illegal. Just another case of the government, which you worship, deciding that "crime prevention" outways the law. Besides, police departments get rich off of it, and pols just love being able to claim that "criminals", which they don't bother to prosecute, are paying for it. It's an "insurance" racket that makes the mob green with jealousy.

Everyone in the IRS needs to be arrested, charged, and investigated. Those that are found not to be involved in the criminal activity that was the hallmark of the IRS during The Puppet's reign can be released. Everyone else, prosecute them. Make them prove their innocence instead of the government having to prove their guilt, since that's what they do to citizens.
