Odd that you believe a man who (among other things) just reduced the size of two national monuments is trying to impose anything like a totalitarian regime. I don’t think “totalitarian” means what you think it means. Odd that you don't think so, RJ. Trump continues to set himself us as the truth in American, even though he doesn't appear to know what the word "truth" means. He demeans Congress, he demeans the Courts. He has to be in charge of everything. If anyone disagrees with him, they get demeaned and belittled. Trump wants to be in control of everything. Call it what you want, he wants to be the only government in America. Odd that you believe the fake news media, even though they have been caught in so many lies about Trump and the GOP that any article they write should be viewed as a work of fiction. As for demeaning, they have all earned the oppobrium. The courts have ignored the law to block Trump's immigration "ban", and instead used verbiage from his candidacy. The "media" has proven itself to be nothing but Party of the KKK propaganda, or Communist propaganda (same thing). They publish lies, then don't bother to even pull the lies when they are exposed. They figure that the mindless, the gullible, or those that aren't paying much attention will see the lie, and not see the "apology". Congress has done everything it could to block Trump's agenda, IOT keep their prerogatives, hide their crimes and corruption, and continue to enrich themselves and their owners at our expense. All deserve to be belittled. He doesn't want control of everything, he's devolving control that The Puppet usurped. You back a true dictator in The Puppet, and disparage the one trying to return power to the people. No wonder you back the Party of the KKK.

Like I said, RJ, you've drunk the Kool Aid. You're convinced that the media is biased and untruthful. That's your opinion. And, frankly, I think you're wrong. Most stories have at least 2 if not more sources to verify the facts presented. That's a lot more than Trump has. Of course Trump has not started fact checking outlets. If he did, he'd be proven wrong almost always. Trump's reducing the role of the Federal government remains to be seen. How many presidents have pledged to cut the size of the government only to have it increase? The press has "squandered" its credibility? I doubt it. I think that view holds only on the far right and alt-right of the political spectrum -- where every word that Trump utters is seen as truth and not as the lie that it constantly is. But keep believing in Trump. Keep your head in the sand (or some other small dark place). Maybe you'll wake up before it's too late for our country. No, they don't. They take whatever the drunk on the street corner says, and calls it "breaking news". That's why they never identify their sources. They would be laughed out of the country. Either the drunk, or they are getting illegal leaks from Party of the KKK Congressmen, and don't want to expose their "sources". And the "sources" are lying. The fake news never verifies what they are told, they just accept it as gospel because it makes Trump look bad. Trump's "lies" have almost all proven to be the truth. You think they are lies because your masters said so. The fake news will print whatever he says, declare it to be a "lie", then never print it when it proves that THEY were lying, not Trump.

The poll says that most people don't trust the media. It doesn't make the media inaccurate. It's about perception. When you have "announcers"yy and "Pundits" and "experts" on Fox continually claiming that they are accurate and the rest of the media is not, trust drops. When you have a Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck and other stuffed shirts expounding their opinion and fact and questioning everything that disagrees with their opinion, people lose trust. Your link shows that the vast majority of Republicans -- the people who watch Fox and listen to Brei0tbart and Limbaugh -- who don't trust the media. And, listening to Fox and Limbaugh, I don't blame them. The information they're receiving is completely inaccurate. Your logic is faulty, RJ. No, it's about the fact that the media have proven themselves to be nothing but propaganda for the Communists, racists, pedophiles, and Islamophiles. They have proven to be liars, especially lying by omission.

So, here's the difference between CNN lies and Trump lies.. Vogue has a short list of Trump's worst lies here: www.vogue.com/article/donald-trump-lies-200-daysIts a few months old, and I'm sure there are new ones, but here's the thing: the lies are all about trivial crap. Largest inauguration crowd ever, Scarborough begging to visit Mar-a-Lago. Crap that affects almost no one in a significant way. Not like, for example, "if you like your doctor you can keep your doctor" or "Benghazi happened because of a bigoted YouTube video." Its a truism that all politicians lie. And that certainly includes Trump. But unlike Obama, Trump doesn't lie about important stuff that impacts millions of people. Or at least he hasn't yet. As for CNN, and the rest of the media, the reason they exist is to try to keep politicians honest. They can't do that if they're not honest. The media lied FOR Obama. Many backed him up when he said "if you like your doctor you can keep your doctor" until the lie became so obvious they couldn't cover for him anymore. Now they lie about Trump to try and take him out. When you think "biggest inauguration crowd ever" belongs on a top 25 list of Trump's biggest lies.... That that is a major story... You're full of crap and can't be taken seriously. No one cares how many people came to the inauguration. That has literally zero impact on anyone. This is the nonsense the media think is important now. It covered for Obama, and it freaks out about meaningless nonsense coming from Trump. CNN can't do that if it wants to be taken seriously. Oh, and Trump's Twitter feed? Its effing TWITTER. A service that exists for the sole purpose of allowing idiots to spew gibberish. No one should take anything in there seriously. Trump's feed isn't any different than any other idiot's. And yes, that means I think less of you if you're on Twitter. Well, RJ, I agree with you about Twitter. I don't use it at all. And I'm glad to see that you've finally realized that Trump is an idiot. An idiot who happens to be in control of the executive branch of the government and who has access to the nuclear launch codes. The scariest words I've ever heard: Donald Trump, Commander in Chief. So Trump's lies are all about trivial crap. I presume you mean the lies in the Vogue article (which I didn't look at). But what about the other lies? Lies like "It's not me on the Access Hollywood tape." "I never did any of that stuff to those women." "Hugh tax cut for the middle class, but it actually hurts me and my family." "The Russians did nothing to interfere with our election." [quotes are not actual quotes; I used the quotation marks to show different representative statements of the "trivial" lies the President has said.] Let's face it, RJ. Trump is out for one person and one person only: himself. He'll do and say whatever he has to to remain in power.

The current tax proposal will result in tax cuts for large portions of the middle class. Just the repeal of the Obamacare mandate represents a major tax repeal on huge swaths of the middle class. No one has any idea if it hurts Trump. As noted elsewhere, there is no proof the Russians interefered with the election. It remains to be seen if this is a lie, it may not be. And this is exactly the sort of crap I'm talking about. You call these things lies, but they are in fact, mostly unknowns. And you're so sucked into the narrative you don't realize you're damaging your own credibility. Just like the rest of the media.

We don't know whether it was him or not, but either way, he was discussing conscentual acts. Notice he, if it was him, said "they WILL LET YOU....". Sorry if you don't understand the difference. As for the women, where is any proof? Most have been discredited by other people that were there, or by the accuser herself. Not a lie. We don't know what the tax bill will be, since it hasn't been committeed by both houses. Besides, it's not up to him, it's up to Congress, controlled by swampers. If the Russians did interfere in our elections, it was on the side of The Felon, and she was paying them to do so. As for the rest, he has done more to right the country in less than a year than The Puppet did in 8. I wouldn't be calling him names when he's done massively more than your hero, The Puppet, who can't tie his own shoes without a 3 hour block of instruction.

"It's not me on the Access Hollywood tape" is trivial. It affects no one. "There's no proof that he ever did "that stuff to those women" it is premature (at least) to call that a lie. You do forget one thing, RJ -- a sexual assault affects the women involved. Why can't there be an investigation? You content to take the word of a known liar and dismiss the accusations. Lies, Lies, Lies. Do we know what the current tax proposal will actually do? Especially since it's going to a conference committee? The President continues to tout this bill as the "biggest tax cut ever." Wrong -- at least 4 other tax cuts have been larger, the biggest being signed by President Obama in 2013. But if you're content to have a President who abuses women, if you're content to have a President who constantly lies about almost everything, fine. You got him. But the American people deserve better This sums it up better that I can. It's from USA today, which maintains a politically neutral stance, which has never endorsed a candidate for office: "Writing about President Trump's sexually suggestive statement that Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) “would do anything” for campaign contributions, USA Today declared that “a president who would all but call Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand a whore is not fit to clean the toilets in the Barack Obama Presidential Library or to shine the shoes of George W. Bush.” www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2017/12/13/unfit-to-clean-toilets-usa-todays-unusually-forceful-editorial-about-trump/?utm_term=.788fdc3f7864

Lies, Lies, Lies. Trump bragging that women throw themselves at him is not a sexual anything, let alone an assault. First, PROVE Trump is lying. You haven't done that. Again, you haven't even shown him to be a liar. You just say he is, and get all indignant when someone disagrees. Yes. That sums it up fantastically. Trump says a Senator would do anything for a campaign contribution, and the media sexualize it, and project their own perversion back on him.

I think it was Trump making the suggestion of perversion. GOPPPP. Yep. Projecting their perversions back on Trump, just like your post. He, and the entire Party of the KKK, do that continually. They don't want the mindless, the gullible, the inbred, and those just not paying attention to realize that, when they accuse Trump, they are really talking about their party's platform.
