Thanks for answering at least a part of Cuchulain's question... Her words of "abuse" were from a drunk woman with a 3x legal BAC... (probably told 'em she was gonna kick their asses too)... and Perry was stone sober... I assume... And she's a DA that committed a crime. Actually, a couple of crimes. How lenient do you think the Dems and the LR media would be on a Pub that did what she did? Perry followed the law, which is reason enough for the Dems to attack him, because it caught one of their own. A special prosecutor was appointed and Perry was indicted... Lehmberg did not lead the investigation nor present their findings to the grand jury that led to the indictment...

Still in office does not mean she's fit to hold the office. She's not. She's doing well at her job... and as a first-time offender, I'd have to say that yes, she's fit to be where she is... And yes, that IS an opinion... but one that I'd go to court on... and likely win... Again, how do you know she"s doing well at her job? How many Pubs has she targeted because of their politics?

Sure, Democrats are just as responsible as Republicans... and had she killed someone, her office would actually have been involved since the DA's office only prosecutes felony cases... I sincerely hope that none of you here think we should prosecute people for what they (only) say when they're 3 sheets in the wind... no charges were ever considered with regard to any of the officers to whom she mouthed off... but none of them withheld millions of $$$ from the people of Texas like Perry did in his pressuring her to resign... fulfilling his threat... (they've likely been drunk before themsleves... and so has Perry)... You never answered my previous question. Or if you did, I didn't see it. Why should she be absolved because she is "3 sheets in the wind", but some college kid get's nailed with sexual assault if he's drunk and comes on too hard to some female? And how many civilians would be told "well, you threatened a peace officer, but since you were drunk, we'll ignore it"? She got nailed with the DUI just like your college student got nailed with sexual assault... and lots of folks say is ignored when they're drunk... because some folks actually realized a drunk is not always responsible for what they say at that time... they're actually funny sometimes...

Why didn't you answer my question?... who's playing dodge ball here?... Because I answered it many posts ago. Go read. Your (D)riven defense of this woman, fueled only by partisanship, has become tedious. Ray Rice has been getting away with this kind of stuff for years... but he played for the Ravens and was you guy's hero... Ravens can't take the bad publicity from this one... this is the straw that broke the camel's back... Lemhberg only has one incident... unless you know different... let's hear it... This is comical. You don't know what either of them has been doing for years, so you make things up.

Yeah. Like the NFL didn't see any evidence Ray Rice was a serial wife beater. At least they're finally dealing with him as he should be dealt with. When will Texas step up and deal with their criminal boldly? Why didn't you answer my question?... who's playing dodge ball here?... Ravens can't take the bad publicity from this one... this is the straw that broke the camel's back... Lemhberg only has one incident... unless you know different... let's hear it... And I'm not so sure Rice is a "serial wife beater"... the woman in the video was not his wife... Speaking of dodging... Got any proof that the bolded statement is correct?

This is not the first time I have read about Ray Rice... and I've looked for previous problems with Lehmberg and can't find any... what's "comical" about that?... (Who said this?... "Yeah. Like the NFL didn't see any evidence Ray Rice was a serial wife beater. At least they're finally dealing with him as he should be dealt with.") And again... this woman's political affiliation has nothing to do with what I have said about her... I have represented more Republicans than I have Democrats... her political affiliation seems much more important to YOU and others her than it is to me...

My comments are based on actual experience with regard to such incidents... and I mean everything I have said in them... and dealt with more than a couple of DUI's and threats to individual's jobs as a result... I am not "trolling" anything... and certainly not tried to bait you... maybe another one or two here... because they deserved it... but not you... you're pretty much reasonable and bearable...

That's why I'd be willing to bet she has only her sycophants working for her, just like The Puppet and Holder have only Communists and Socialists working for them. And racists, of course.

Last time I checked... getting drunk makes one say silly and stupid things... sexual assault doesn't normally have that same effect on one's language... And getting drunk doesn't lead to sexual assault, on many occasions? Why should inebriation be a mitigating factor in one, but not the other? Or is it because this criminal is a Democrat, and another might not be?
