Like I said when I made the comment... (No pun intended)... you want to take it offensively, go for it...

I think its good that his upcoming show was put on hold. He even joked about this kind of stuff in his early yeasrs. I agree! I'm not sure how they sort this out but now another one has come out....

How can you discuss a 45-year-old allegation in today's society without talking about the politics of it?... maybe she sees $$$... Personally, even though it might be true... since she hasn't said anything for all these years, I'd say just let it go... Just let it go? That's very convenient for him.

What is it going to accomplish... it can't be proven... and there's no way to prove it even happened... allegations hurt even when they aren't true...

The continued silence, coupled with the news station deciding to show his "do not want to talk about it" reply and then asking the interviewer after the fact to not show his comment from Nov 6th, along with the attempted humor of the Twitter meme isn't helping.

Just let it go? That's very convenient for him. It is convenient for him. The problem is that there's no evidence by this time, witness will be dead or have four decades to blur the details in their minds. I don't see how it is possible for this to be anything except a "he said, she said" situation: you literally don't know who to believe. It's looking uglier for him because multiple women have now made similar allegations... but, you don't know which of them are legitimate victims, and which might be scamming. Without solid evidence, I don't see how anyone could legitimately punish them man (financially or by confining him). I await the production of such evidence.

Sounds to me like somebody wants a little of the man's $$$... at 77, he should be retired already anyway... I hope he won't live to spend the $$$ he already has... and I hope he lives a long time...
It's hasn't been that long ago that Cosby was being praised... especially challenging young Black men to be responsible and make something of themselves... now somebody is trying to make a goat out of him...

Wow, more than a "few" of these women **testified almost 10 years ago and never asked for a dime. Interesting article: www.vox.com/2014/11/19/7249041/bill-cosby-rape-sexual-assualt**Let me amend "testified" to "agreed to testify", since there was an agreement made to settle (with a non-disclosure clause) before these women were called to testify.

All of a sudden all these people coming forward? yeah uh huh seems like a money grab but I will fully admit my shock of any of this if he is convicted All of the sudden?? In doing a little research... this isn't all of the sudden. There have been plenty of accusations over the years.
Convicted? So far it seems most of the accusations are beyond the statute of limitations. I hardly believe there will be criminal charges.
Maybe his victims are tired of him being branded as Americas Dad and would like the world to know him for what he really is??
Not all women who share their story of rape are doing it for money. Maybe his victims are gaining strength in numbers.
Any thought on why this story continues to rear it's ugly head if there is no truth to it?
I'm beginning to believe there is something to it.... makes me sad. I've always really admired him.

Really sad to think he gets away with it because no one kept a "stained dress" or have "proof". He said, she said is right. That's the tricky thing about rape and it's even worse when you are man in some type of power position over the victim. They waited because they were scared, they had a lot to lose at the time.

Do any of them have lawyers? Other than the one that sued and received cash (there is a non-disclosure agreement) back in 2006(?), I do not see anything about any of the others hiring lawyers seeking money.

I don't believe there is a statute of limitations on rape... and while I don't have a clue as to whether he is guilty or innocent, these women aren't necessarily coming forward to let the world know what this man is... but maybe what he may have been in the past... most all of us have done things in the past that we'd rather undo or forget... And any woman who is given a couple of pills and told to take them... and does... or accepts more than just a couple of drinks... shares at least equally in the blame for whatever takes place afterwards...

Sometimes it is better when one can to pay out a little $$$ instead of paying out even more trying to defend yourself against false charges... and dealing with the negative impact such a defense would create... defending oneself, when they are not guilty, is not always the best way to go... sometimes it' better to do just what Cosby is doing and say nothing... let them prove their claims... I've had false claims made against me... I just said "Bring it on"...

BS Is this a joke? Lets put it in this scenario. You are at a male friends house. He offers and you take drinks and X. He proceeds to sodomize you while you are incoherent. Do you accept partial blame for what took place?

Damn right... even more so...
Of course I was referring to women who are seen as the weaker victims in man/woman sexual encounters...
