if the female says NO, and you force it, it's rape You really aren't getting this are you... what If she doesn't say NO? Well it's kind of hard to say NO when you are unconscious. Do you actually think his victims would have said YES if he hadn't drugged them?

Were all 25 ladies unconscious when sex occurred? Be aware that my comments are of a rather more general nature than specifically relating to the Cosby case.

Being drugged can make a person more susceptible to suggestion even without being unconscious. I'm not going to waste time arguing word minutia. Cosby drugged women and took advantage of them. This is morally and legally wrong. He should be in jail now.

I wasn't addressing women... I was addressing men... men who think they've never done anything wrong but want to hand other men who admit that they do... and I have great respect for women... real women, that is... What have I said that you consider very disrespectful to women... that isn't true? ...

Run away from the 'word minutia' if you must but think on this: Is alcohol a drug, if so would you care to guesstimate how many other men "should be in jail now"?

So can alcohol... so can $$$... so can a number of things... sex is used by women as a form of control/power more than it is by men... and I make no apologies for saying that...

But that's all okay, Baldeagle... and so many here talk about drinking and raising hell during their college years... (like the Duke boys)... and they've never done anything "wrong" with regard to women... My first taste of alcohol was after I had finished college... at the age of 23 years... I will admit that my first sex was with a 16-year-old... and I was 19... (my apologies for TMI)...

If these sanctimonious bigots really want to address the problem, why don't they push for changes in the stupid statute law that allows people like Cosby to escape criminal proceedings. If he did what he is supposed to have done there over here, he would indeed be in jail now, no matter how long ago he did it.

Locked, because after a warning people still couldn't keep the insults out of the conversation.
