what a sad game ender we had VS the Bears, but this scenario has been haunting Baltimore this season. We just cannot seem play 60 minutes of football right now. but sigh... I have to keep faith and say we do beat the Ryan boyz this Sunday, and I feel this home game will be big, just a gut feeling.
Ravens 34 Jets 17

That score is mighty generous of you, RC.

That score is mighty generous of you, RC. I realize that streaks like this are meaningless, but the Jets have played a one win, one loss cycle for the entire season. Guess where the cycle has them this week? The Jets run defense is not the Bears run defense. Did Ray Rice and the Ravens O line really get good last week, or did a depleted Bears defensive line simply make them look good? Anything is possible, but I can't see a blowout. Neither teams is particularly adept in scoring points.

The Ravens should beat the Jets. Yet when it comes to teams the Ravens should beat they do badly.

Yup another in a long list of games the Ravens "should win", so with that history, anything could happen.
That said, I cannot fathom the Jets walking out of this game with a W. They looked horrific @ Buffalo.

As Norm Abram (The New Yankee Workshop) used to say, "The most important rule is wear these... safety glasses." Ravens draw Jeff Triplette's crew this week. Why safety glasses? This is why.

We're going to be there too. Row 6 near the tunnel where the players run out. Husband won tickets a couple weeks ago. I'm not at all looking forward to the cold temps but I am going to enjoy the hot food buffet in the VIP hospitality tent which was included with the prize. If it gets too cold in the stadium we can always leave. I do hope the Ravens can win this...

They won't be able to run, so they'll make up for it by not passing.

This is how football should be played , and in open air. Reminds me of the old days watching the Baltimore Colts in snow storms and below freezing temps.

We're only going because the 6 tickets were a free prize. One of our friends is a die hard and she's bringing a gal pal, and we still have 2 tickets left. Getting down to the wire. One friend wimped out on us. Sort of don't blame him. But the free pre game buffet is worth it. Don't have to stay the whole game. Holy cow it's cold and windy out there already this morning!

Am I the only one on here who's going to be braving this? I'm probably going with my daughter-waiting to hear about tickets. We try to do 1 or 2 games a year and since her birthday is in december I usually spring for a game as a present. The frightening thing is she knows so much more about the game and the team than I do. Doesn't know as much about staying warm tho.
