How many of the people crossing the desert, escorted by coyotes, actually have legal paperwork entitling them to be here? If they had that they could walk through a border checkpoint. No reason to hazard their lives in the badlands of northern Mexico and southern Texas. So we can conclude that number is zero. And if they don't have paperwork entitling them to be here, they are an illegal alien.correct no matter how many hairs are split or "how many angels can dance on the head of a pin" posts by aboutwell

So, someone that breaks into your house and steals your stuff, and maybe kills your kids, is not a criminal until a court says he's a criminal? Really? And when the courts refuse to even look at the evidence, exactly how can he be convicted? That would be correct... all his actions are "alleged" until they are proven... such people are "charged" with "allegedly" committing those crimes when they are jailed... they are found "guilty" in court... or by plea... Like I said... seems this man is guilty... but look at this headline... "Man allegedly attacks TSA agents at New Orleans airport"
