Coming off a loss and the bye week has hopes that Baltimore has repaired the engine to some degree, we will see
Ravens 31 Browns 21

Ravens are usually very good coming off of the bye.
Don't expect a high scoring game, the Browns defense is no joke.
It's a must win for the defending champs -
Ravens 20 Browns 13

Mingo is an absolute beast off the edge. He was beating Albert consistently last week in KC.
KC used alot of screens to offset that pass rush with good success.
Benjamin going on the IR is a positive for the Raven ST.

Win or lose, I can't see the Ravens scoring 31 points with their prevent offense.

While the fan in me thinks that the Ravens still have a good shot at the postseason (they're only a game out in the WC chase), a more obective look can be pretty sobering. The fact of the matter is that nearly half way into the season, this team has yet to put an impressive game together. Their most dominant win came against a team (Houston)that has ultimately proven to be far less than advertised.
I see Sunday as a one possession game, likely decided by a FG.

High Hopes For 'Baby Ed Reed' Posted Oct 31, 2013 Garrett Downing BaltimoreRavens.com Staff Writer @ravens All Garrett Downing Articles Omar Brown will likely make his mark on special teams. Brynden Trawick also gets another chance. Omar Brown has made a name for himself with his playmaking ability in the preseason the last two years. The undrafted safety out of Marshall came up with five turnovers in the preseason his rookie year, and ultimately ended up earning a spot on the practice squad. He got called up to the active roster midway through last year and finished the season on the 53-man squad. Brown had another strong training camp this year, earning the nickname “Baby Ed Reed” from his teammates for his ball-hawking ability. But even with all the plays Brown seemed to make on defense, he realized that the area where he needed the most improvement was on special teams. He spent the offseason and first eight weeks on the practice squad this year honing his skills as a special teamer, and the work paid off as Brown was re-called to the active roster on Wednesday. www.baltimoreravens.com/news/article-1/High-Hopes-For-Baby-Ed-Reed/e8c3ed23-1fc7-415f-ae1d-19d3b19892c5?mobile-id=775828&media-type=N

They say you play as you practice. If so, they must be playing Madden all the time and not actually working hard. This team continues to look as though they are sleep walking and this game, so far, is on flacco, he looks horrible.

I'm now wondering who this wretched team can beat. Certainly they're not going to the post season this year. They will be lucky to finish second. When the Bengals kick their ass next week that will be four losses in a row. When's the last time THAT happened? The team is broken and Harbaugh apparently does not know how to fix it.

They are going to struggle to win 6 games, no doubt. Cannot run at all. Receivers who telegraph their routes and cannot get off press coverage.. A line that cannot run nor pass block consistantly and a quarterback with clearly, other things on his mind, taking for ever to get on track. Not good.... That defese is not as good as the stats make it appear, no pressure, back end struggles to cover quick receivers.... toast. look for next year.

I think they can probably beat the Vikings. Every other game is a question mark at this point. Certainly they will lose two to the Bengals and that will be the season right there. They will lose the Bears in Chicago. Fair chance of beating the Jets. Fair chance of beating the Steelers. They'll lose to the Lions in Detroit and to the Patriots. So, anywhere from 4-12 to 6-10 is my guess.

They will have plenty of time to get over their Superbowl hangover in January from the comfort of their own homes, as they watch 10 other teams make the playoffs.

Flacco was the Ravens' leading rusher today. That pretty much says it all.
Today's game was essentially a carbon copy of the last two losses. The offense can't get anything going until late in the game, and the defense can't get off the field late in the game. I think it may be time to officially consider this a rebuilding year. The silver lining is that the Ravens should at least be in a more advantageous position in next year's draft. All those years of drafting at or near the bottom of each round may have finally caught up to them.
